We love to travel and to fully live the Copass lifestyle wherever we go. Coworking Conferences are all about making connections, learning from each other and have a great time. Living together will make your Coworking Europe experience a LOT MORE AWESOME. After the tremendous success of the Copass Camp in Lisbon and Milan, Copass organises a third camp around the Coworking Europe Conference in Milan, so we can share much more than just talks and panels!

This is our 9th Camp and each of them have exceeded our expectations. We're immensly proud of the countless passionate discussions and friendships that formed during those camps.

Brussels: the camp

During the camp, we will stay in a very unique place that we fell inlove with during our last trip to Brussels. Our Hotel is ranked number 1 for hotels in the Brussels area on Tripadvisor. This is no ordinary hotel… Common areas include boardgames that guests can use anytime. The staff is super friendly, rooms are nice and each decorated to illustrate iconic board or video games. You’ll have the chance to choose between shared rooms for 3 to 4 people and double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Free WiFi connection is included as well as private bathrooms in each bedroom.

Are rooms shared or private ?

You’ll have the chance to choose between shared rooms for 3 to 4 people and double bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Free WiFi connection is included as well as private bathrooms in each bed. The double bedroom ticket is a private bedroom that you can share with someone.

I have special dietary requirements. Do I need to let you know before the start date of the Camp?

Yes, please let us know as soon as possible so we have ample time to make the necessary arrangements.

Will there be reliable wifi at the Camp?

Of Course!

How far is the place from the conference ?

We’ll be 15 minutes away from the conference via public transportation. You can also easily share a taxi with other campers and get to the conference venue in 10 minutes

Who will be at the camp ?

The organizers from the Conference will attend the camp, many speakers of the conference, the Copass founders and other great coworking space founders just like you

I am not from France. How can I get charged without VAT ?

After registering to the camp, we’ll come back to you quickly. If you’re not a French resident and can provide us with a valid VAT number, we’ll charge and invoice you without the 20% VAT.

Is transport to Brussels from my home city included in the price?

No. We have participants from all over the world attending the Camp so it would be a nightmare logistically if we were to arrange individual flights for every one of you.
